OEMETA NOVAMET 900

NOVAMET is used in the grinding and machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals wherever a coolant with high washing and cooling properties is required. Ideally suited for very heavy machining of high-alloy steels, aluminium, titan and cast iron including wire tapping and Mapal grinding.

Its exceptional run-off characteristics also reduce consumption, as the emulsion adheres less to components and chippings. This means less fluid is discharged from the system. The product’s excellent wetting properties also ensures improved lubrication and cooling capacity during chip removal.

NOVAMET® 900 is suitable for stain-sensitive alloys such as non-ferrous and zinc-containing Al alloys. NOVAMET® 900 is an extremely stable fluid and is not affected by foreign oil, chips and machining dust, salts or micro-organisms. This minimises the use of bactericides/fungicides and extended tool life can be achieved even in adverse conditions.NOVAMET® 900 is boron-free and prevents the build-up of residue.
